Norma K Hemming Award

The Norma K. Hemming Award is presented for "excellence in the exploration of themes of race, gender, sexuality, class and disability: in the form of science fiction and fantasy or related artwork or media".
The Award was not presented in 2017. Instead, it was announced that as of 2018 there would be two categories, Long Work and Short Fiction, and that works from both 2016 and 2017 would be eligible in the introductory year.
